Don't keep your potted plots directly in contact with your flooring. So you have to keep you plants on stand so that air can circulate underneath.

Pet animals like dog and cat nails can scratch and dent your floor surface. So that keeps your pet's nail trimmed regularly. To maintain the floors finish clean your pet's urine immediately.

Never use the household products like vinegar on your polished surface like marble because they will damage the stones surface.

Avoid as possible as a rubber backed or non-ventilated rugs.

Use a recommended cleaner and soft cloth if there something spills. Better to use vacuum or broom to clear the spills.

Some chemicals will harm to your floor to change your floor color, when these chemicals present in wood and natural stone will oxidize in strong light.

Always keep protective pad on the legs of your furniture.
